Being aware of new trends and being able to respond quickly to market demands are essential capacities in order to successfully keep up with the times; gluten-free cereals, legumes, organic products, ancient grains and wholegrain – we have always been able to cater for every new development in dietary requirements.
These lines are a playful and fun idea for youngsters, while at the same time constituting an excellent pasta extruded through bronze dies created with durum wheat flour together with aromatic dried vegetables and natural colours.
The quality of the pasta is dependent upon the durum wheat chosen and the semolina obtained by grinding This is why we have always worked with Italian mills that have an ancient tradition with whom we make the choices carefully and regularly. Our aim is always to enhance the goodness of this blend of semolina flours and crystal-clear waters that emerge from springs in the Piedmont region.
Our pasta can be used to celebrate every tradition, every occasion and every special day; we have created so many different formats to bring to the table novelty, imagination and fun.
