MEDITERRANEAN FLAVOURS AT THE TABLE

From Italy we have combined the aromas of the sea and the land to create pastas with unique tastes that are fragrant and that come in special shapes. The innovative process keeps intact all the naturalness of the flavours of a pasta which, extruded through bronze dies, release its rich taste right from the first mouthful. We have chosen the spices typical of our territory and selected the highest quality vegetables to obtain pasta with an Italian heart. Our pastas flavoured with chilli pepper, lemon with black pepper, porcini mushroom, asparagus, squid ink, and salmon, feature a combination of durum wheat semolina with exclusive ingredients, selected by Dalla Costa to cater for the preferences of modern Italian as well as international consumers.
